Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných penzijních systémů - švédského, nizozemského a francouzského a posouzení jejich dlouhodobé finanční udržitelnosti na základě indikátorů S1 a S2 a také dalších čtyř parametrů, které ji ovlivňují - míry chudoby seniorů, mezery chudoby seniorů a dále především hrubého penzijního náhradového poměru a veřejných výdajů na starobní důchody.
