Natural Childbirth or Caesarean Section?

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Spontánní porod, nebo císařský řez?" Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá fyziologickým porodem a císařským řezem. U spontánního porodu je popsána jeho klasifikace, průběh porodu a popis každé doby porodní, dále je popsána porodnická bolest, analgezie, porodní poranění a komplikace epiziotomie. Také se zabývá kojením a psychikou ženy po spontánním porodu a v šestinedělí. U císařského řezu je popisována jeho historie, indikace, komplikace a anestezie. Dále se zabývá psychikou ženy po císařském řezu, popisuje výhody a rizika císařského řezu, kojení po císařském řezu, pooperační péči na šestinedělí a četnost císařských řezů v KNTB a. s. Zlín. V praktické části je využito výsledků z KNTB a. s. Zlín, týkajících se spontánním porodů a císařských řezů, které jsou prezentovány pomocí tabulek, grafů a slovních komentářů. Doplňující částí jsou rozhovory s ženami po spontánním porodu a císařském řezu.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Natural Childbirth or Caesarean Section?" The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with natural childbirth and Caesarean section. Within the spontaneous delivery, its classification is described followed by description of childbirth and each stage of labour followed by the description of pains, obstetrical analgesia, birth injuries and complications of episiotomy. Thesis also deals with breastfeeding and psyche of women after spontaneous labour and the postpartum period. Caesarean section part contains information about history, indications, complications and anesthesia. Thesis also deals with the psyche of women after Caesarean section with the description of benefits and risks of Caesarean section, breastfeeding after a Caesarean, postoperative care on the ward and frequency of Caesarean sections in KNTB a.s. Zlín. The Practical part uses the results of KNTB a.s. Zlin concerning spontaneous births and Caesarean sections and present them with the usage of charts, graphs and verbal comments. The additional parts are interviews with women after spontaneous labour and Caesarean section.
