Nitric oxide and its role in human body
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oxidem dusnatým a jeho účinky v lidském organismu. Je zde popsána jeho tvorba a působení v organizmu za fyziologických i patologických podmínek. Důraz je kladen především na vazodilatační efekt této molekuly.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with nitric oxide and its effects in the human body. It described the creation and activity in the body under physiological and pathological conditions. Emphasis is placed on the vasodilator effect of this molecule.
