Analysis of movement data of patients after balance system surgery
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na pokročilé metody analýzy biomedicínských dat a jejich rekonstrukci. Pacienti po operaci rovnovážného ústrojí mají dočasné problémy s rovnováhou a ovládáním mimických svalů. Práce bude zaměřena na analýzu dat (která jsou k dispozici se svolením kliniky ORL FNKV Praha) a objektivní evaluaci rehabilitačního procesu takového pacienta (především změny v pohyblivosti).
Abstract:
The work is focused on advanced methods of biomedical data analysis and reconstruction. Patients after balance system surgery have temporary problems with balance and control of facial muscles. The work will be focused on data analysis (available with permission of the ENT clinic of FNKV Prague) and objective evaluation of rehabilitation process of such patient (especially changes in mobility).
