Cats in Vizual Communication
Abstract:
Cílem tohoto projektu byla stylizace zvířecí anatomie, přesněji kočky, a následné uplatnění jako charakter v komiksových stripech. Snahou bylo vyobrazit kočku jako hlavní prvek vtipných příběhů, které se realizovaly v tištěné formě. Cílovou skupinou pro tyto účely byl fiktivní interiér kočičí kavárny. Teoretická část se zabývá historií komiksu a příklady ilustrování v dnešní době, i v historii.
Abstract:
The goal of this project was stylization of animal anatomy, cats to be precise, and following use of its character in comic strips. The goal was depicting a cat as a main component of funny and creative short stories, which were realised in print form. Target for this type of work was a cat cafe with focus on its interior.
