Abstract:
Pseurotinové alkaloidy tvoří skupinu biologicky aktivních sekundárních metabolitů hub, charakteristické furanon-γ-laktamovým spirocyklickým jádrem. Pseurotiny disponují zajímavou biologickou aktivitou, například inhibicí produkce IgE, angiogeneze nebo chitin syntházy. Abstract:
Pseurotin alkaloids make up a family of biologically active fungal secondary metabolites characterized by a spirocyclic furanone-γ-lactam core. Number of interesting biological effects of pseurotins have been reported e.g. inhibition of IgE production, inhibition of angiogenesis or inhibition of chitin synthase.
