Abstract:

Anotace Práce historiků zabývající se vývojem zemědělství v bývalém Československu po roce 1945 věnovaly pozornost především procesu kolektivizace a vzniku jednotných zemědělských družstev. Zkoumaly jejich vývoj od prvopočátků vzniku až po utváření rozsáhlých kooperačních seskupení a agrokombinátů. Poněkud stranou, mimo těžiště historických prací zůstal vznik, vývoj, činnost a sociální dopady existence státních statků. Jejich začlenění do systému organizace zemědělství v letech 1945 – 1989, poslání jako regulátora výroby, příjemce politických objednávek výroby zemědělské produkce daných často mezinárodními souvislostmi izolace a politizace zahraničního obchodu v období studené války a systémem plánovitého hospodářství. Bez ohledu na ekonomické, přírodní a sociální podmínky se strategickým cílem zajištění co největšího podílu samostatnosti ve výrobě potravin. Státní statky plnily roli stabilizátora příhraničních, dosídlených oblastí sociálně a hospodářsky. Mnohdy byly v daném regionu největším zaměstnavatelem, největším vlastníkem bytového fondu. Byly podmiňujícím základem pro rozvoj, obsluhu i samotnou existenci technické infrastruktury - silnic, rozvodných sítí, dopravního spojení. V oblasti Vítkovska zaujímalo zemědělské hospodaření státu v letech 1947 – 1972 dominantní roli.

Abstract:

Anotace The historical scientific resources, that follow the development of agriculture in former Czechoslovak Socialist Republic after 1945 focus mainly on the process of collectivisation and creation of agricultural cooperatives. They examine their evolution from the very beginning up to the creation of extensive cooperative blocks and large production facilities.Somehow ignored, left outside of the main focus of historical resources is the creation, development, operation and social consequences of the existence of agricultural cooperatives themselves its integration into the system of controlled production in 1945 – 1989; its mission as a production controller and a receiver of political orders that very often stemmed from the cold war isolation and politicisation of international trade; the system of planned economy itself, that did not take into account the contemporary economical, ecological and social conditions - all that was left aloof. The main strategic goal was to ensure the highest possible level of independence in food production.State farms played a role of social and economical stabilizer in areas near the state border, were the original population had been expelled and new inhabitants re-settled. Very often state farms were the biggest employer in the region and also had the biggest housing fund. In reality it ensured de facto development, servicing and existence of technical infrastructure of roads, power-grid and transportation. In the Vitkov area, the agricultural managament of the state took a dominant role between 1947 and 1972.
