Business plan - establishment of travel agency

Abstract:

V první části své bakalářské práce jsem se zaměřil na části podnikatelského záměru, které by měl obsahovat a jejich stručnou charakteristiku. Dále jsem zde objasnil základní rozdíl mezi cestovní kanceláří a cestovní agenturou a jejich členění. Použil jsem zde i pojmů podnikání, živnost a její druhy. A v neposlední řadě jsem zde popsal postup pro vydání koncesní listiny pro cestovní kancelář. V druhé části své bakalářské práce jsem vytvořil podnikatelský záměr pro svou nově vznikající cestovní kancelář. V této části jsem naznačil, v čem chci podnikat a jak bych toho rád dosáhnul a také kolik mě to bude přibližně stát. Má třetí část se jmenuje Návrh při založení cestovní kanceláře Travel with smile, s. r. o. Zde jsem popsal, jak budu postupovat při založení. Zhotovil jsem zde pro lepší orientaci krátké schéma, které vystihuje můj navrhovaný postup při založení.

Abstract:

In the first part of my thesis, I focused on the business plan which should include a brief description of it. In addition, I have clarified the basic difference between the travel agency, agency and structure of them. I used here the concepts of business, trade and its types. Furthermore, I have described the procedure for issuing a license deed for a travel agency. In the second part of my thesis, I developed the business plan for my newly established travel agency. Moreover, I suggested there what I want to do in my business and how I like reach it as well as how much it will approximately cost. My third part is called: „Proposal for the establishment of a travel agency - Travel with smile, Ltd.“. I will describe there how I will proceed with the establishment. I have made brief diagram for better orientation that describes my proposed procedure for the establishment.
