The accounting professions and the regulation of accounting in Netherlands

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na účetní profesi a regulaci účetnictví v Nizozemí. Práce obsahuje popis základní charakteristiky země, regulaci účetnictví a jeho vývoj od počátku harmonizace účetnictví. Část diplomové práce je věnována dani z příjmů fyzických a právnických osob, ve srovnání s Českou republikou. Druhá část práce je věnována účetní profesi, kdo může účetní profesi vykonávat a za jakých předpokladů. Kapitola je následně porovnána s účetní profesí v České republice. V závěru jsou uvedeny jednotlivé rozdíly mezi účetními profesemi a regulací účetnictví v Nizozemí a v České republice.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on accounting profession and accounting regulation in the Netherlands. It contains a description of the basic characteristics of the country, accounting regulation and its development from the beginning of the harmonization of accounting. Part of the thesis is dedicated to income taxes from natural and legal persons, in comparison with the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to accounting profession, who can perform the accounting profession and under what conditions. The chapter is subsequently compared with the accounting profession in the Czech Republic. In the end there are listed individual differences between accounting professions and accounting regulation in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
