Dále je popsán charakter samotné multimodální přepravní smlouvy. V jádru práce je vysvětleno, jaký právní režim se použije na multimodální přepravní smlouvu. The diploma thesis deals with the multimodal transport. Readers are introduced to the multimodal transport – what the multimodal transport means. Further, the main features of the multimodal transport contract are explained. The crucial fourth part deals with the fact that there is no unified multimodal transport convention.
