Processing and Archiving of Invoices in Electronic Form

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o zpracování elektronických faktur pomocí procesů v systému pro správu podnikového obsahu. Je zde uveden způsob jakým zacházet s dokumenty v elektronické podobě od jejich vzniku, popřípadě příjmu, po celou dobu jejich existence. Zároveň jsou zohledněny uživatelské i legislativní požadavky. Splněna je i potřeba, aby byly dokumenty pro společnost dlouhodobě a přitom snadno dostupné. Stanovené pracovní postupy zajišťují řízenou distribuci těchto dokumentů a systém pro správu podnikového obsahu poskytuje nástroje pro efektivní práci s dokumenty.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with processing of electronic invoices using the processes in the system for enterprise content management. There is shown the way to handle documents in electronic form since its inception, or income throughout its existence. They are also taken into consideration the user and legislative requirements. Fulfilled is the company’s need that the documents are easily accessible in the long term. Workflows provide a controlled distribution of these documents and the system of enterprise content management provides tools to effective work with documents.
