Abstract:
Anaerobní fermentace je proces, který je využíván k přeměně biologicky degradovatelného substrátu na energeticky bohatý bioplyn. Proces tvorby bioplynu je limitován mnoha faktory, mezi které patří například teplota, hodnota pH, koncentrace nižších mastných kyselin, přítomnost inhibičních látek či zastoupení živin a stopových prvků.
