Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je proces sloučení rodin imigrantů z muslimských zemí v ČR, který je jedním z častých způsobů legální migrace cizinců. Proces je rozdělen do dvou rovin, a to roviny administrativního sloučení a roviny faktického sloučení. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jakými úskalími imigranti prochází a jakým problémům musí čelit během procesu sloučení s rodinou a popsat překážky, které brání jejich plnohodnotnému rodinnému, kulturnímu a ekonomickému životu v české společnosti. V první části jsou popsány základní pojmy související s daným tématem a právní aspekty slučování občanů třetích zemí a slučování občanů třetích zemí s občanem EU. Druhá část práce obsahuje vlastní výzkum. Je zde popsána výzkumná strategie, technika a metoda výzkumu, stejně jako konkrétní případy imigrantů ze třetích zemí, kteří absolvovali nebo absolvují proces sloučení rodiny v České republice v obou uvedených rovinách.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the process of reuniting the families of immigrants from Muslim countries in the Czech Republic, which is one of the common ways of legal migration of foreigners. The process is divided into two levels, namely the level of administrative merger and the level of effective merger. The main goal is to find out what difficulties immigrants go through and what problems they have to face during the family reunification process and to describe the obstacles that prevent their full family, cultural and economic life in Czech society. The first part describes the basic concepts related to the topic and the legal aspects of merging third-country nationals and merging third-country nationals with an EU citizen. The second part of the thesis contains my own research. It describes the research strategy, technique and research method, as well as specific cases of immigrants from Muslim countries who have completed or are undergoing the process of family reunification in the Czech Republic at both levels.
