The thesis discusses the presentation of the characteristics of eastments and evaluates the position of servitudes within them, specifically the position of servitudes of infrastructure. Furthermore, it is focusses on law regulation of this servitude from the civil code perspective, discusses its regulation in special legal provisions - the Energy Act and the Act of Electronic Communications.
