Analýza procesu montáže stroje BRAM z hlediska možné úspory času při odstranění výrobních a konstrukčních nedostatků

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce řeší problém konstrukčních a výrobních chyb vyskytujících se v procesu montáže stroje BRAM firmy Blue Ray a.s. Při absolvování celého montážního procesu stroje byly všechny chyby zaznamenávány a fotograficky dokumentovány. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis solves the problem of structural and manufacturing errors occurring in the process of assembly Blue Ray a.s.´s BRAM machine. All errors have been recorded and photo-documented during the whole machine assembly process. Shortcomings can be easily prevented by production documentation´s change, the suplier´s agreement and other measures. It can be save up to 326 hours of assembly …more
