Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením stravitelnosti jednotlivých genotypů hlíz jakonu metodou in vitro. U těchto genotypů byly dále zjištěny hodnoty vlhkosti, sušiny a popela. V teoretické části byly popsány vybrané čeledi andských plodin, jejich botanické a chemické vlastnosti. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the digestibility of the genotypes of yacon tubers in vitro. These genotypes were also determined to moisture, dry matter and ash. In the theoretical part the selected families were described Andean crops, their botanical and chemical properties.
