Predmětem diplomové práce „Projekt Outsourcing“ je analýza rizik spojených s outsourcingem účetních procesů a návrh postupu jejich využití. V práci poukazuji na teoretické východiska, základní souvislosti outsourcingu a důvody vedoucí k jejímu uplatnění.
