Abstract:

Delikvence mladistvých je v současné době vnímána jako značný společenský problém. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou - hledáním hlavních příčin delikvence mladistvých pachatelů. Na základě studia příslušné dokumentace a provedeného šetření směřuje k identifikaci hlavních příčin, které vedou mladistvého pachatele k delikventní činnosti. Práce v kontextu myšlenkové osy mapuje i pohled - názory odborného personálu věznice, který byl využit jako konzultant v případech, kdy vzhledem k malým zkušenostem výzkumníka s patologickou populací se zdál obsah sdělení mladistvého (podstatný pro výzkumné šetření) nejasný a nezřetelný. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny hlavní oblasti příčin delikvence mladistvých a doporučení, která by měla působit preventivně v oblasti delikvence mladistvých pachatelů.

Abstract:

Juvenile delinquency is nowadays considered to be a significant social problem. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of searching for the main causes of juvenile delinquency. On the basis of research of relevant documentation and carried out survey, the thesis directs at identification of the main causes, which drive the juvenile to delinquent activity. The thesis also surveys opinions of professional prison staff, who were used as consultants in cases, where the statement of the juvenile (substantial for the research) was vague and indistinct and the experience of the research worker with pathological population was little, In the final part of the thesis there are main areas of the causes of juvenile delinquency and recommendations, which should act as prevention in the area of juvenile delinquency.
