Regulation of cannabis and tax revenues
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá regulací a zdaněním konopí. První část popisuje současnou regulaci konopí v České republice. Druhá část se zaměřuje na zdanění konopí v Kanadě. Poslední část se zabývá otázkou, jak by mohlo být konopí v České republice regulováno a jaké daňové příjmy by konopí mohlo generovat.
Abstract:
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the regulation and taxation of cannabis. The first part describes the current regulation of cannabis in the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the taxation of cannabis in Canada. The final part addresses the question of how cannabis could be regulated in the Czech Republic and what tax revenues cannabis could generate.
