Eutanázie je v dnešní době velice aktuálním tématem, a to nejen z hlediska společenského ale i z hlediska trestněprávního. Euthanasia is a very topical issue today, not only from a social point of view but also from a criminal law point of view. In the introduction, this thesis deals with the concept of euthanasia and its various forms.
