Abstract:
Cílem této hypotézy je prozkoumat některé základní aspekty, které se váží k čarodějnictví a honům na čarodějnice v Anglii. Blíže jsem se zaměřila na čarodějnické procesy, praktiky soudního řízení a samotných obžalob, za účelem objasnit, co činilo Anglické procesy natolik jedinečnými v porovnání s těmi evropskými.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to explore some fundamental aspects related to witchcraft and witch hunts in England. I then look more closely at English witch trials and practices of prosecution and accusation in order to attempt to distinguish what makes English trials so unique within the European context.
