Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat a vyhodnotit všechny primární emise, které byly umístěny na trh pražské burzy během posledních deseti let. První část práce je zaměřena na popis struktury finančních trhů a definici pojmu "IPO". Dále jsou zde popsány některé metody používané pro analyzování akcií. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétních vybraných společností.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate all primary emissions that have been listed to the market of The Prague Stock Exchange during last ten years. The first part is focused on description of structure of financial markets and definition of the term "IPO". Next there is description of some methods, which are used for analyzing of the stocks.
