Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nebankovní poskytovatele spotřebitelských úvěrů pro fyzické osoby. Pomocí komparativní analýzy srovnává tyto poskytovatele s bankovními poskytovateli. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení rozdílné regulace, dohledu a rozdílného postavení těchto subjektů na trhu. The bachelor thesis is focused on non-bank providers of consumer loans for natural people. These providers are compared with bank providers using comparative analysis. The main target of the work is the evaluation of different regulation, supervision and different position of these subjects in the market.
