Fire and Rescue Service as a part of the Integrated Rescue System - functions, connections, problems

Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce je popis a analýza funkcí a vzájemných vazeb Hasičského záchranného sboru v prostředí Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky. Teoretická část obsahuje základní legislativní úpravou, charakterizuje základní a ostatní složky zařazené do prostředí Integrovaného záchranného systému a vymezuje jejich činnost a spolupráci při společném zásahu u mimořádné události. V praktické části je zpracovaná případová studie, která analyzuje tři konkrétní zásahy na území Libereckého kraje. Studie je saturována daty a informacemi z kvalitativního výzkumu, a to na případech zásahu u mimořádné události, kdy zasahovaly současně jednotky Hasičského záchranného sboru Libereckého kraje a Hasičského záchranného sboru podniku správy železnic Libereckého kraje.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelors Thesis is to describe and analyze functions and relationships of Fire and Rescue Service in the environment of Integrated Rescue System of Czech Republic. Theoretical part contents the basic legislative regulation of this subject, characterizes the basic and other components included in the environment of the Integrated Rescue System and definec their activities and cooperation in a joint action intervention in case of an emergency. In the practical part, there is a case study, which analyzes three specific interventions from the Liberec region. The study is saturated with data and information form of qualitative research, namely in cases of emergency intervention, when the units of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Liberec Region and the Fire and Rescue Service of the Railway Administration of the Liberec Region intervened at the same time.
