Cieľom práce je spracovať strategickú analýzu pre výrobnú spoločnosť Krajčí plus s.r.o. Teoretická časť opisuje metódy použité na analýzu vnútorného a vonkajšieho prostredia firmy. V praktickej časti, definované metódy budú aplikované na firmu Krajčí plus a na ich základe zhotovená SWOT matica. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare strategic analysis for Krajčí plus s.r.o. Theoretical part describes methods for analysing internal and external environment of the company. The practical part applies defined methods for company Krajčí plus and forms SWOT matrix.
