Hume's Conception of Causality in A Treatise of Human Nature
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o filosofii Davida Huma se zaměřením na jeho pojetí kauzality a pojmu indukce. Nejdříve stručně představuje osobu Davida Huma a čím se vymezil proti racionalistické tradici a následně se věnuje Humovu filosofickému systému. Poté se detailně zabývá pojmem kauzality a indukce. Práce ve svém závěru shrnuje současnou diskuzi k interpretaci Humových myšlenek.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the philosophy of David Hume. It deals in detail about his conception of causality and the term of induction. First, it introduces the figure of David Hume in contrast to the rationalistic tradition and then goes on to explain Hume's philosophical system.
