Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o základním vysvětlení pracovněprávního vztahu. Popisuje vznik pracovního poměru, který se především zakládá pracovní smlouvou. Jak taková to pracovní smlouva vzniká a co je v pracovní smlouvě nezbytné. Další část práce se zabývá především změnou pracovního poměru. A to při změně některého prvku pracovního poměru.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with a basic explanation of the employment relationship. It describes the creation of the employment relationship, which is primarily determined by the employment contract. It explains the way of making contracts and all the necessities which should be included.
