An analysis of the U.S. regional strategy "Pivot to Asia" and it's impact on East Asia
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou americké regionální strategie "Pivot to Asia" a jejími dopady na region východní Asie. Strategie "asijského pivotu" byla představena Obamovou administrativou v roce 2011, jako reakce na vzrůstající důležitost regionu pro Spojené státy. Primárním cílem práce je zjistit, zdali strategie "asijského pivotu" nepřispívá k destabilizaci regionu východní Asie.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the American regional strategy "Pivot to Asia" and it's impact on East Asia. The "Asian Pivot" initiative was unveiled in 2011 by the Obama administration as a response to growing importance of the region for the United States.
