Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Pohybová aktivita a fyzické prostředí? je rozbor faktorů, ovlivňující pohybovou aktivitu. Jedním z faktorů je fyzické prostředí. Studie zabývající se vztahem fyzického prostředí a pohybové aktivity tento vztah nejednoznačně popisují. Cílem práce je studium literárních pramenů a důkladné seznámení s problematikou pohybové aktivity a fyzického prostředí a popis asociace mezi pohybovou aktivitou a fyzickým prostředím. Práce je použita jako sekundární analýza studií. Vybrané studie byly tříděny na základě předem stanovených kritérií posuzujících fyzické prostředí a pohybovou aktivitu. Poté byly vyhodnoceny na základě vlastností fyzického prostředí a jejich asociace s parametry pohybové aktivity. V práci bylo celkem zanalyzováno 22 odborných studií, kdy více než 90 % zjistilo asociaci mezi pohybovou aktivitou a fyzickým prostředím. Bylo také zjištěno, že objem pohybové aktivity je ovlivněn životem ve městě či vesnici, bezpečností prostředí, estetikou prostředí, přítomností chodníků, stezek, cyklostezek a jízdních pruhů pro kolo a přítomností rekreačních zařízení v okolí. V závěru bylo zjištěno, že z prostudovaných literárních pramenů, určité faktory nebo vlastnosti fyzického prostředí působí nebo ovlivňují pohybovou aktivitu.

Abstract:

Thesis ?Physical activity and physical environment? is an analysis of the factors influencing physical activity. One factors is the physical environment. A study on the relationship between the physical environment and physical activity ambiguously describe this relationship. The aim of this work is the study of literature and thorough introduction to the issues of physical activity and physical environment and a description of the association between physical activity and physical environment. Work is used as a secondary analysis of studies. Selected studies were selected on the basis of predetermined criteria for the assessment of physical environment and physical activity. They were then evaluated besed on the characteristics of the physical environment and their association with the parameters of physical activity. In this work was analyzed in a total of 22 professinal studies where more than 90% have found an association between physical activity and physical environment. It was also found that the volume of physical activity is influenced by life in a city or village, the security environment, aesthetics of the environment, the presence of sidewalk, trails, bike paths and bike lanes and the presence of recreational facilities in the area. In conclusion, it was found hat from studied literature, certain factors or characteristics of the physical environment cause or affect physical aktivity.
