Práca sa zaoberá systémom riadenia pohľadávok vo vybranom podniku. Jej cieľom je analýza tohto systému a návrh možností pre jeho zefektívnenie. Diplomová práca je rozdelená štyri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola obsahuje teoretické vymedzenie základných pojmov riešenej problematiky. Pojednáva všeobecne o pohľadávkach, o ich controllingu a tiež o spôsoboch ich vymáhania.
