Minor components of milk in human nutrition
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na minoritní složky v mléce. Předmětem rešerše je přehled těchto složek s ohledem na různé druhy mléka, jako je kravské, ovčí, kozí, buvolí, oslí, koňské, velbloudí a lidské/mateřské, včetně vlivu na výživu člověka a funkci lid- ského těla.
