Development of mHealth mobile application

Abstract:

This thesis aims at the design and implementation of an application for the iOS operating system. The application is implemented in the Swift programming language and its graphical interface, SwiftUI. The theoretical part focuses on describing the demand for applications related to mental health, the technologies used, and the current state of existing solutions. The practical part includes the design, implementation, and testing of the application, which was created based on the knowledge from the theoretical part. The result is a simple and user-friendly native iOS application for mood tracking, journaling, filling out questionnaires, and scheduling sessions with a therapist.

Abstract:

Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom a implementáciou aplikácie pre operačný systém iOS. Aplikácia je implementovaná v programovacom jazyku Swift a jeho grafickom rozhrani SwiftUI. V teoretickej časti sa zameriava na popis dopytu aplikácií týkajúcich sa duševného zdravia, popis použitých technológií a aktuálny stav už existujúcich riešení. Praktická časť obsahuje návrh, implementáciu a testovanie aplikácie, ktorá bola vytvorená na základe poznatkov z teoretickej časti. Výsledkom je jednoduchá a užívateľsky prívetivá natívna iOS aplikácia na sledovanie nálad, zaznamenávanie denníka, vyplňovanie dotazníkov a plánovanie sedení s terapeutom.
