Diplomová práca sa zaoberá stanovením hodnoty spoločnosti Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice a.s. pomocou výnosových metód ocenenia. Teoretická časť pojednáva o kategóriách hod-noty podniku, o dôvodoch ocenenia a o podstate majetkových, výnosových metód či metód založených na analýze trhu. The master thesis deals with the evaluation of the company Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice PLC, using the returns methods of valuation. The theoretical part describes categories of company value, the reasons for the evaluation and it deals with essence of returns, market and asset approaches.
