Cardiac resynchronization therapy for patients with chronic heart failure
Abstract:
Resynchronizační terapie vede u pacientů s chronickým srdečním selháním ke změnám hemodynamických parametrů, a to k vzestupu srdečního výdeje a poklesu středního tlaku v plicnici a v zaklínění, dále dochází ke zvýšení systolické funkce levé komory, reverzní remodelaci levé komory a snížení tíže mitrální regurgitace. Abstract:
Cardiac resynchronization therapy leads to improvement in clinical end - - points (symptoms, excercise capacity), echocardigrafic end-points (mainly to enhancement in ejection fraction, reverse remodelling of left ventricule) and to increase cardiac output and cardiac index and to decrease in mean artery pressure and mean artery wedge pressure estimated by right heart catheterization.
