Abstract:
Technologie DNA microarray umožňuje v krátkém čase analyzovat velké množství nukleových kyselin. V současné době existuje celá řada DNA microarray platforem různých výrobců, to komplikuje přenositelnost výsledků mezi jednotlivými laboratořemi. Abstract:
DNA microarray technology allows to analyze big amount of nucleic acids. Today exist plenty of DNA microarray platforms, this complicates reproducibility of results between laboratories. This bachelor thesis summarize studies concerned with comparison of platforms, their accurancy and reproducibility of results.
