Political and party system of the Spanish autonomous community of Aragon

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou politického a stranického systému španělského autonomního společenství Aragonie. Jelikož autonomní proces a rozdělení kompetencí nebylo pro všechna španělská společenství stejné, na případu Aragonie jsou tyto odlišnosti popsány, spolu s reformami, které měly dané společenství kompetenčně vyrovnat. Praktické fungování společenství je ukázáno na popisu politického systému a fungování autonomních institucí. Poslední část práce se zabývá stranickým systém, existencí a relevancí regionálních stran.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses the political and party system of the spanish autonomous community of Aragon. As the autonomous process was not the same for all communities, this thesis describes the diferencies between them and also the reforms, which might help to equalize community of Aragon in a matter of competencies with other communities. Practical functioning of autonomous community is then described on political system, concretly in functioning of autonomous institutions. The last part of the thesis is focused on the party system, to the character and relevance of the regional parties.
