Application of the Frankfurt and Kempten Table of Discounts in the Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy Industry

Abstract:

Dodržení cestovní smlouvy slibuje účastníku cestovního ruchu jistý zážitek. Dovolená však nemusí splnit očekávání účastníka, který kolikrát vyústí v reklamaci zájezdu. V této práci na téma „Uplatnění Frankfurtské a Kemptenské tabulky slev v cestovním ruchu, hotelnictví a gastronomii“ se zabývám využitím Frankfurtské tabulky slev z pohledu české legislativy, cestovních kanceláří a agentur a její význam pro spotřebitele. Cílem práce je navrhnout možný webový portál, který by pomáhal klientům jednoduše rozpoznat vadu zájezdu a identifikovat míru hrubou míru odškodnění. Teoreticko-metodologická část se zabývá vymezením a definici zprostředkovatelů zájezdu a jejich produktu. Dále výčet českých legislativních opatření na téma reklamace zájezdu, jelikož toto téma přímo koresponduje s Frankfurtskou tabulkou slev. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny data sesbírané formou interview od zástupců každé zkoumané strany. Návrhová část se zabývá zdokonalením a zefektivněním Frankfurtské tabulky slev.

Abstract:

Adherence to the travel contract promises certain experience for the toursim participant. Holiday however do not have to fulfill all expetations, which can lead to reclamation of the trip. In this Bachelor’s Dissertation on the topic of the „Application of the Frankfurt and Kempten Table of Discounts in the Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy Industry“ I will be researching use of the Frankfurt table of sales from the view of czech legislation, travel agency and final usability for the customer. The main goal of the work is to create more ideal way of use for Frankfurt table of sales which would be treating equaly customer and provider of the services. The theoretical-methodological part defines providers of a trips and their product. I will try to create idea of web version of the table of the sales. Where the client would be able to aproximetly indicate how big his reclamatione few should be.
