Legal Representation of Infant in Civil Procedure
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na poměrně úzce vymezenou část účastníků civilního řízení, na nezletilé. Práce podrobně rozebírá způsobilost nezletilého být účastníkem řízení a jeho způsobilost procesní. Stěžejní část práce je věnována analýze zastoupení nezletilého, a to jak na základě zákona, tak na základě rozhodnutí nebo na základě plné moci.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on rather restricted part of participants of the civil proceedings, to minors. The elaboration of the thesis required detailed review of the minor´s capability to be a subject of the procedure and his/her procedural capability.
