Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat přístupy k auditu jako k nástroji nezávislého ověření finančních výkazů a prakticky zpracovat přípravu na audit na konkrétní firmě. V práci jsou důkladně rozebrány přístupy k této problematice a to jak na úrovni České republiky, tak i na úrovni států OECD, Evropské Unie a USA. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the attitudes to audit as the proper tool of independent financial statements verification, and a practical part concerns the preparation for a particular firm{\crq}s audit.
