Postoj stálých členů Rady bezpečnosti OSN k uznávání nových států

Abstract:
Cílem této BP je prozkoumat podmínky vzniku a uznávání Východního Timora a balkánských statů, které získaly nezávislost v důsledku rozpadu Socialistické federativní republiky Jugoslávie. Práce se bude zabývat tím, za jakých podmínek byly tyto státy uznány. Pozornost bude věnována historickým údalostem.
Abstract:
The aim of this BP is to examine the conditions for the establishment and recognition of East Timor and the Balkan states, which have gained independence as a result of the collapse of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The work will deal with the conditions under which these states were recognized. Attention will be paid to historical events.
