Interrogation in a special interrogation room

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o výslechu ve speciální výslechové místnosti z pohledu kriminalistické taktiky, psychologie a práva. V této práci se zprvu věnuji výslechu v obecné rovině. Dále se snažím vytyčit podstatu speciální výslechové místnosti jak z pohledu oběti, tak i jaký má speciální výslechová místnost význam pro policejní praxi. Také v této práci popisuji vzhled speciální výslechové místnosti a jaké pomůcky a vybavení se při tomto kriminalisticko-taktickém úkonu používají. Speciální výslechová místnost je nejvíce spojována s výslechy dětí. Zaměřila jsem se tedy především na výslech dětské oběti, zejména z důvodu vysoké pravděpodobnosti druhotné újmy a dopadu na další duševní vývoj dítěte. Zároveň zmiňuji taktiku výslechu seniorů, nemocných osob a obětí sexuálních trestných činů. Cílem mé závěrečné práce je objasnit, analyzovat a vysvětlit problematiku výslechu zvlášť zranitelných obětí z hlediska více vědních oborů. Touto prací chci upozornit na nedostatky v současném systému, na potřebu dalších právních předpisů a zda je speciální výslechová místnost využívána správně a efektivně.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with interrogation in a special interrogation room from the point of view of criminal tactics, psychology and law. In this thesis I firstly deal with interrogation in general. Furthermore, I try to outline the essence of a special interrogation room both from the perspective of the victim and what has the significance of the special interrogation room for police practice. In this thesis I also describe the appearance of a special interrogation room and what aids and equipment are used in this for forensic-tactical act. The special interrogation room is most often associated with interrogations of children. I therefore focused mainly on the interrogation of the child victim, mainly due to the high probability of secondary damage and the impact on the further mental development of the child. At the same time I also mention the tactics of questioning seniors, sick people and victims of sexual crimes. The aim of my diploma thesis is to clarify, analyze and explain the issue of interrogation of particularly vulnerable victims in terms of multiple disciplines. With this thesis I want to draw attention to the shortcomings of the current system, the need for additional legislation and whether the special interrogation room is used correctly and effectively.
