Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací a syndromem vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků. Teoretická část seznámí čtenáře se sociálními službami, syndromem vyhoření a motivací. The diploma thesis deals with motivation and burnout syndrome among social workers. The theoretical part introduces the reader to social services, burnout syndrome and motivation. In the practical part, this work aims to find out what the relationship is between the type of motivation and the tendency to leave one's job and the burnout syndrome among social workers in homes for the elderly.
