Toxické a genotoxické účinky dvou halogenovaných alifatických uhlovodíků, 1,2 dichloroethanu a 1 iodopropanu, a N-methyl-N nitrosomočoviny jako pozitivní kontroly byly hodnoceny wing spot testem, variantou testu na somatické mutace a rekombinace (SMART) u Drosophila melanogaster. Abstract:
Two halogenated aliphatic hydrocarbons, 1,2-dichloroethane and 1-iodopropane, were evaluated for toxic and genotoxic effects using the wing spot test, the variant of somatic mutation and recombination test (SMART) in Drosophila melanogaster.
