Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikací v konkrétní zvolené společnosti. Cílem je její analýza, popis a zhodnocení, návrh možných zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí; v první, teoretické, je vymezena komunikace a její typy, druhy, formy a hodnocení, dále pak pojem interní komunikace v podniku, jeho formy, hodnocení, význam a cíle. V praktické části je vylíčena zvolená společnost a používané prostředky interní komunikace, jejich analýza pomocí dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaného rozhovoru a návrh možných zlepšení. V závěru práce je zhodnocena úroveň celkové interní komunikace společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with internal communication of a chosen company. The aim is its analysis, description and evaluation, identification of possible opportunities for improvement and proposal of further solutions. The work is divided into two parts; theoretical part consists of the definition of communication and its types, forms and evaluations, then the concept of internal communication in a company, its forms, methods, evaluations, purpose and goals. Practical part consists of the description of the chosen company and its own use of internal communication, its analysis and proposal of possible improvement. As a conclusion, the level of overall internal communication of the company is evaluated.
