Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat oblasti, kterým musí soukromý detektiv věnovat pozornost a seznámit se s nimi. I když do oblasti soukromého detektiva zasahuje více vědních disciplín, myslím si, že základ tvoří kriminalistika, která obsahuje učení o stopách a získávání informací z nich. Zde se ve stručnosti zmíním k zajišťování stop, zákona číslo 140/1961 Sb. (trestní zákon) a zákon číslo 141/1961 Sb. (trestní řád). Zde bych chtěl zdůraznit, že soukromý detektiv nemá žádné oprávnění k odbornému zajišťování stop, ale s ohledem na své znalosti může provést zabezpečení inkriminovaného místa, aby nedošlo ke znehodnocení stopy. Dále bych ještě chtěl zdůraznit, že soukromý detektiv, by měl ve vlastním zájmu znát alespoň základní paragrafy trestního zákona a trestního řádu.

Abstract:

Purposes those bachelors the work is show areas that must the private detective attention to and meet them. Though to the areas private detective trench more of the science discipline, I think, that basis forms the criminology, that contains teaching about sleeks and obtaining information of they. Here with in brief I get in to locking the freeze, the law issue 140/1961 collection (the penal law) and the law issue 141/1961 collection (the code of criminal procedure). Here I wanted stress, that the private detective has not no the license to revolting locking freeze, but with reference to her knowledge he can carry out safeguard the incriminate places, to not enough to devaluation the sleek. Further I wanted even stress, that the private detective, he should in self-regard know at least basic the paragraphs the penal law and the code of criminal procedure.
