Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním benchmarkingu, jako metody řízení ve veřejné správě. V první části se charakterizuje benchmarking a jeho typy, cíle, přínosy, procesy, zásady, uplatnění ve veřejné správě. V druhé části bakalářské práce je cílem navrhnout benchmarkingový model města Brna se zaměřením na rozpočtové hospodaření.
Abstract:
The bachelors thesis deals with the application of benchmarking as a method of management in pubic sector. The fisrt part of bachelor thesis characterizes benchmarking and the types, goals, benefits, process, principles, applicaton in public administration. The second part of the bachelors thesis aims to design a benchmarking model of the city of Brno with a focus on budget management.
