Abstract:
V úvodu diplomové práce vysvětluji čtenáři historické změny ve vnímání úlohy peněz v platebním styku od starověku až po současnost. Dále se v práci zabývám především zhodnocením pozitivní právní úpravy v oblasti platebního styku, konkrétně zákonem č. 370/2017 Sb., ve světle zapracované novely ze směrnice PSD2. In its introduction, the thesis explains to the reader the historical changes in the perception of the role of money in the payment system from antiquity to the present.
