Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem aplikací metody SMED na vybraných linkách ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je snížit průměrnou dobu přetypování na těchto linkách o 15 %. The diploma thesis deals with the project of application of the SMED method on selected lines in a selected company.
