The thesis deals with the sulotion to unemployment. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá riešením nezamestnanosti. Cieľom práce je teoretické vymedzenie kategórie nezamestnanosti, analyzovať jej príčiny a navrhnúť opatrenia na jej riešenie vo vybranom regióne. Diplomová práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. V prvej kapitole sú uvedené teoretické vymedzenia problematiky nezamestnanosti, formy nezamestnanosti, príčiny a jej možné riešenia navrhované autormi.
