Abstract:
Právě judikátům Soudního dvora Evropské unie a problematice postavení neprivilegovaných ţalobců je věnována tato práce. Snaţila jsem se prokličkovat mnoţstvím rozhodnutí a vybrat jen ty nejdůleţitější, která byla klíčová pro následnou rozhodovací praxi soudu. To bylo poněkud obtíţné, protoţe kromě všeobecně známých, zásadních rozsudků, které zásadně změnily rozhodování soudu, existuje velmi mnoho jiných …more
Abstract:
This thesis addresses the situation of unprivileged applicants and their possibilities of bringing an action for annulment of the Act. The important part of this text is the interpretation of the case law which has been crucial to other decision.Last but not least it tries to explain changes brought by the Lisbon Treaty
